The 46th FIDE Chess Olympiad is set to take place in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, from September 15 to 27, 2026, with approximately 200 national teams competing in the Open and Women's sections.Spectator tickets for the event are now available for purchase, offering fans the opportunity to watch top players in action across eleven rounds of competition at the Silk Road International Exhibition Centre.Ticket InformationTickets are being sold in three categories: Single Day, Family Day, and Full Pass, with discounted prices available for citizens and permanent residents of Uzbekistan.The Single Day ticket provides access to the spectator area for one round of choice, starting at $20 or 240,000 UZS, while the Family Day ticket offers access for the whole family to one round, starting at $30 or 360,000 UZS.The Full Pass ticket grants access to the spectator area on every round day, priced at $200 or 2,400,000 UZS.Citizens of Uzbekistan aged 14 to 30 can receive free spectator tickets, subject to verification through OneID.The playing hall has limited capacity, and the number of available tickets for each viewing slot is capped, so fans are advised to book early to secure their preferred rounds.In addition to accessing the playing hall, ticket holders can visit the exhibition hall, which features workshops, fan zones, and interactive events throughout the competition.
